Setup and what we need from you

  • We need your current FAQs, service list, service area, and the rules for what the assistant should never answer.
  • Setup time depends on your integrations; your written proposal states the timeline.

Where people stay in control

  • You define hand-off triggers such as complaints, emergencies, pricing exceptions, or anything the assistant isn't sure about.
  • Conversation logs stay available for your team to review.
  • Like any AI, it can make mistakes. It is set up to stay within approved information and must not make commitments on your behalf, and we recommend regular review.
  • Visitors are told they are chatting with an AI assistant.

Pricing and ongoing costs

AI Employees are part of the AI & Custom plan and are quoted after a free discovery call. Usage-based costs, such as AI model usage and paid tiers of your CRM or scheduling tools, are listed in your proposal with who pays each one.
